What the One Funnel Away Challenge is

The One Funnel Away Challenge (OFA) is a 30-day training program run by Russell Brunson and his team at ClickFunnels. Participants receive daily video training, assignments, and a physical workbook. The goal is to walk someone from idea to a published, working funnel within 30 days.

The name comes from a belief Russell holds: most struggling online businesses are just one funnel away from transforming their results. Whether you believe that framing or not, the training itself is structured and substantive.

What's included

Important context: OFA requires you to have or build a ClickFunnels account during the 30 days. If you're not planning to use ClickFunnels, the training still has value, but some assignments are platform-specific.

Who gets the most out of OFA

The people who report the best results from OFA tend to share a few things:

The challenge is well-designed for people who get stuck in the planning phase. The external structure and daily accountability removes the "I'll do it when I'm ready" trap that kills most projects before they start.

Who it's probably not for

OFA is not the right move if you haven't read the books yet. The training moves quickly and assumes you understand concepts like the value ladder, hook, story, offer, and traffic temperature. Without that baseline, days 1 through 5 will be confusing.

It's also not the right move if you're completely unsure what you want to sell. OFA can help you clarify your offer, but it works much better when you have a starting point. Going in completely blank means spending the first week on decisions that the books would have helped you make in advance.

The upsells, being transparent about this

Like all Russell Brunson products, OFA comes with upsells. The order page will present additional offers before and after your purchase. This is the funnel model in action, you're going through exactly the kind of funnel the challenge teaches you to build.

The core challenge is worth evaluating on its own merits without the upsells. The base program is the base program.

assessment

OFA is worth it if you've read the books, have a rough offer idea, and need structured accountability to actually build something. It's not worth it as a substitute for the books, or as a starting point if you're completely at zero.

The alternative path

If OFA feels like too much commitment right now, the books alone cover most of the conceptual ground. DotCom Secrets explains what to build. Expert Secrets explains how to communicate it. Traffic Secrets explains how to fill it. That's a complete foundation at the cost of shipping.
